Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees apply in addition to this policy.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns (14-Day Policy)

You may return unused, eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no reason needed.

Deadline: 14 days from when you (or your nominee, not the carrier) take physical possession.

To start a return:

• Email returns@skgsports.com.au with:

– Order number

– Reason (optional)

– Photos of item & packaging

• We reply within 1 business day with instructions.

2. Refund Timeline

• Processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

• Returned via original payment method.

• No fees.

3. Conditions for Return

Must be:

✓ Purchased within last 14 days

✓ Unused, original condition

✓ In original packaging + tags

✓ With proof of purchase

Non-returnable:

✗ Custom/personalised items

We may refuse non-compliant returns.

4. Returning Goods

• You pay return shipping and bear risk.

• Use trackable + insured service — we’re not liable for loss/damage.

No refund without receipt or proof of delivery.

5. Faulty / Damaged / Wrong Item?

→ Free return under ACL Consumer Guarantees.

→ Contact us with photos → we arrange prepaid label.

6. Gifts

• Gift direct to recipient → digital gift credit.

• Gift to purchaser first → refund to buyer.
